My "chicken of the sea" moment:

I would like to preface this story with the fact that it has been a long day, I am tired, and I swear I'm not stupid.

As I'm pulling the meat off of a rotisserie chicken (yum!) my and Josh's conversation goes a little something like this:

Me: Did you know that there is dark meat and white meat on the same bird?
Josh: Ummm...yeah.
Me: I always thought that some birds had dark meat and some had white just like there are black people and white people (not racist, just true).
Josh: Are you kidding me right now?
Me: No, really, why is some of it white and some dark and from the same bird?
Josh: I don't know, but really, you're serious?!?
Me: Yes!
Josh: Wow.

And then we laughed.
